Performance
Power by Intel Dual Core - Quad threads, 4GB of DDRII RAM coupling with hardware raid and dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, tNAS is optimized for a high demanding data transfer of multiple users (clients) environment: Media Server, database server, libraries, photographer archived, audio/video post production, mid size organizations...

tNAS powered by Intel Dual Core CPU with FSB of 1066MHz

Customization
Depend on your network environment and hardware requirement, tNAS can be configure as:

  • Balance-rr Transmissions are received and sent out sequentially on each bonded slave interface. This mode provides fault tolerance and load balancing.
  • Active-backup Only one slave in the bond is active. Another bonded slave interface is only used if the active bonded slave interface fails. This mode provides fault tolerance.
  • Balance-xor Transmit based on [(source MAC address XOR'd with destination MAC address) modulo slave count]. This selects the same slave for each destination MAC address. This mode provides load balancing and fault tolerance. This mode provides fault tolerance and load balancing.
  • Broadcast Transmits everything on all slave interfaces. This mode provides fault tolerance.
  • 802.3ad IEEE 802.3ad Dynamic link aggregation. Creates aggregation groups that share the same speed and duplex settings. Utilizes all slaves in the active aggregator according to the 802.3ad specification. Requires a switch that supports IEEE 802.3ad Dynamic link aggregation.
  • balance-tlb Channel bonding that does not require any special switch support. The outgoing traffic is distributed according to the current load (computed relative to the speed) on each slave. Incoming traffic is received by the current slave. If the receiving slave fails, another slave takes over the MAC address of the failed receiving slave. This mode provides fault tolerance and load balancing.

OS in Solid State Disk Module
Entire tNAS control software modules are burned and run on a DOM (Disk on Module), a solid state HDD without moving parts, this minimize the failure due the mechanical problem as conventional HDD to a non-exist problem

Disk on Module DOM uses on tNAS provided a reliabe OS

How fast is our tNAS
