Independent port fuses increase reliability by preventing a bus overload from affecting other ports. With our 1394b PCI host adpater, computers can be networked together at a 800mbps transfer rate. It supports software RAID Level O or 1 from ATTO, Charismac, FWB software or Win2000, XP, and Mac OS X.

DATOptic 1394B-PCI supports 3.3 or 5.0 Volt bus systems and automatically selects 33MHx, 66MHz, 100MHz and 133MHz burst rate on a 64-bit bus for an aggregate of 100 MB/s of system performance. This FireWire800/1394b PCI host adapter is designed with high compatibility and is easy to use. Our 1394B-PCI fully supporst Win98SE, ME, 2K, XP, Linux, FreeBDS, MAC 9.x and higher. It comes with 1394a and 1394b ports, which are capable of supplying up to 1.5 amps of peripheral bus power via FireWire cable.
