PCM audio problems with the M-6500

Hi, I am desperate because I bought 4 TViX M-6500 and his primary function is to play videos with PCM audio and I get bad noises instead the original audio, others audio like dolby digital plays fine. I have the lastest firmware, also I try others firmware with no luck.

This happens with all configurations:
-Audio analog and digital,
-HDMI on/off,
-SPDIF/Digital COAX or RCA stereo,
-HD audio pass thriugh on/off.

Somebody have a solution to fix this?

It is incredible that the M-5000 (very old), M-4100 (old) and the M-6600 does not have this issue.
