Our UFS-DSATA210 is a quad interface to dual SATA storage controller with integrated hardware RAID and encryption engines. Bridging between eSATA, 1394a, 1394b or USB2.0 interfaces, the UFS-DSATA210 delivers best-in-class performance across all interfaces and enables a range of external secure storage applications including dual disk RAID configurations.

Integrating an eSATA device, 1394b link, a USB2.0 device and a dual port SATA II host controller UFS-DSATA210 enables enclosure manufacture to create products and time to market with a minimal time and a low cost BOM.

The UFS-DSATA210 includes a flexible cipher engine providing on-the-fly encryption / decryption of the data to the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), enabling OEMs to deploy full disk encryption solutions and provide end users with the peace-of-mind that their private content is safe and secure in the event of theft or loss.

The UFS-DSATA210 is complemented by robust authentication solutions including software password and a customizable host application, the PLX Technology Authenticator, is provided for both PCs and Mac hosts.
