Our tRAID-T^tm raid/jbod system integrates six high-speed Serial I/O’s, six SATA upper layers, a high-performance RAID engine, a microprocessor, SRAM, PROM, a high efficient data bus and other control logic into tRAID-T raid engine coupling with large whisper fan reside next to to the HDDs, which is controled by the touch screen LCD. In turn allows end users totally control the fan noise if any. It delivers unprecedented performance across multiple platforms: Macintosh, Linux, Windows and Novell at 3.0Gbps transfer bandwidth.

Tray-less hot-swap tRAID is designed minimalist and modularization concept - meaning an upgrade and future improvement is possible - simple replace the newer or better module in the future to give is new breath of life.

PSU Over Rated^tm
Many enclosures fail due the PSU (power supply unit) being too close, not providing much of a buffer or safety net margin. But not with DAT Optic's tRAID-T. We use a hefty 300W PSU to insure the reliability of our enclosure. It is 120% over rated for the total power required by our tRAID-T's total power consumption.
